At Chêne Blanc, we are pleased to offer custom orders for items not currently in stock but available to be handcrafted from our vendors. Custom orders allow you to secure unique, made-to-order pieces tailored specifically for you.

What Is a Custom Order?

A custom order includes any item that is:

  • Not currently available in our store inventory

Once your custom order is received, a member of the Chêne Blanc Team will contact you to confirm the order and provide the estimated lead time for production, shipping, and final inspection by our team prior to delivery.

Final Sale Policy

All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, as each item is handcrafted specifically for you.

Gift Orders & Custom Order Cards

If your custom order is a gift, we are happy to provide a complimentary gift-wrapped Custom Order Card. When our team reaches out to confirm your order, we will offer this option so you can present something beautiful to the recipient before the handcrafted item arrives.

Estimated Lead Times

Please note these timelines are general guidelines provided by our vendors. Lead times may vary, especially during peak seasons, and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Casafina / Costa Nova: 3–4 weeks from purchase
  • Etta B: 6–8 weeks from purchase
  • Jon Hart: 4–6 weeks from purchase

Damaged Items

If your custom order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days from delivery at support@shopcheneblanc.com.


Include the following in your email:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photo of the shipping label

A member of our team will follow up with next steps to resolve the issue.
