Shipping policy

We offer a handful of shipping and delivery options for our customers. 

 

Local Delivery
When you select local delivery at checkout, a member of our team will personally deliver your order to your doorstep. 

Once your order has been picked and wrapped by our team, you'll receive a notification that your order is on its way. If you provide a cell phone number at checkout, our team will text delivery updates and an estimated time of arrival. 

We offer free local delivery for orders $50+ within 20 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. If you have any special instructions, you can email our team at support@shopcheneblanc.com. 

 

In-Store Pickup 
In-store pickup orders are normally ready within 2 - 3 hours. Once your order has been picked and wrapped by our team, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.

We're happy to hold orders for 2 business days. If your order is not picked up after 2 business days from your pickup confirmation email, we will refund your order. 

You can pick your order up at the checkout counter of our Cambridge Square location.

Shipping 
We're happy to package up and ship the Chêne Blanc experience to you! Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please keep in mind it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update with details and an estimated delivery date. 

We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Shipping for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product.
