Refund policy

At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method, in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item. Please keep in mind the following criteria for returns or exchanges. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned to Sender Orders

If a package is returned to Chêne Blanc due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the order will be processed as a return once received.

Once the returned package is received and inspected, we will refund the item cost to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), furniture, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal merchandise (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall, Halloween, Valentine's Day, and Easter), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shopcheneblanc.com.

 

Holiday Returns & Exchanges
We love the holidays just as much as you do, and that's why we extend our return and exchange window. Beginning November 1, we're happy to accept any returns or exchanges through January 15. This means for any orders placed between November 1 and December 14, you're return and exchange window could be greater then 30 days. Furniture Returns & Exchanges
Please note all furniture is custom ordered and final sale. Furniture delivery is free of charge and complimentary with the purchase of any piece of furniture. Please note, all of our furniture pieces are reclaimed and each piece will be unique and custom in nature. At the time of delivery, if you're not completely satisfied with your piece, we're happy to exchange your item for our display piece on the sales floor. Please note, second delivery will incur a $75 delivery fee.
