What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience

Connect with Customers: Start genuine conversations that make every guest feel welcome, heard, and valued.

Visual & Business Operations

Merchandising: Follow stock-to-sales processes, support seasonal displays, and stay knowledgeable on trends.
Operations

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Maintain cleanliness in the sales floor, cash wrap, restrooms, and stockroom.

Protect store assets through audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
What You’ll Need

Previous retail experience preferred (but not required).

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Understanding of the Chêne Blanc brand and services.

Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays required).

Alignment with Chêne Blanc’s values and commitments.
Physical Requirements

Ability to move around the sales floor and stockroom, including bending, standing, twisting, squatting, and climbing.

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
