Candle Care
For the best fragrance experience and an even burn:
- Trim each wick to ¼ inch before each use.
- Center and straighten the wicks after extinguishing.
- Burn in a well-ventilated room.
- Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris.
- Keep away from drafts, vents, fans, and other air currents.
- Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
- Burn for 3–4 hours at a time.
- For optimal performance, burn in an ambient temperature of 65–75°F.
- When burning multiple candles, place them at least 8 inches apart.
- If the candle burns unevenly while the wicks are centered, check for a draft.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.

We offer free local delivery for all orders within 10 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout and a member of our team will reach out to confirm delivery instructions.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method (less any shipping/handling charges, if applicable), in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
