The Artistry of Gianluca Fabbro
Gianluca Fabbro was born in Italy in 1968 and has worked with ceramics for more than 30 years, learning the craft from his father and grandfather. His lifelong passion for painting and creativity is evident throughout his work.
As a maestro artisan, Gianluca developed a distinctive sponging technique for handpainting charming ceramic designs. Inspired by the beauty of nature, he continues to bring artistic expression and Italian craftsmanship to each collection he creates for VIETRI.

Care & Use
Dishwasher Safe
We recommend using a non-fragrant, non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air-dry cycle, or econo heat when available. Avoid overloading the dishwasher and position pieces so they do not touch during high-pressure washing. Dry thoroughly before storing.
Microwave Safe
Because of the handmade nature and natural clays used in VIETRI pieces, temperatures may vary after microwave use. Always use a potholder or oven mitt when handling heated pieces. Do not microwave without food or liquid on or inside the piece, keep heated pieces away from children, and allow the plate to cool before removing it from the microwave.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup orders are normally ready within 2 - 3 hours. Once your order has been picked and wrapped by our team, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for all orders within 10 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout and a member of our team will reach out to confirm delivery instructions.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method (less any shipping/handling charges, if applicable), in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
