Dishwasher Safe: We recommend using a non-fragrant, non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air-dry cycle or econo heat setting when available. Avoid allowing pieces to touch during high-pressure dishwashing and do not overload the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before storing.

Microwave Safe: Vietri pieces may become hot after microwave use due to the handmade nature of the natural clays. Always use a pot holder or oven mitt when handling heated pieces. Do not allow children to handle items that have been heated in a microwave, and never place the bowl in the microwave without food or liquid. Allow the bowl to cool before removing it.

Freezer Safe: The bowl can withstand freezing temperatures. Allow it to return to room temperature before placing it in the oven.
