Care & Use
Dishwasher Safe: We recommend using a non-fragrant, non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air-dry cycle or econo heat setting when available. Avoid allowing pieces to touch during high-pressure dishwashing and do not overload the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before storing.
Microwave Safe: Vietri pieces may become hot after microwave use due to the handmade nature of the natural clays. Always use a pot holder or oven mitt when handling heated pieces. Do not allow children to handle items that have been heated in a microwave, and never place a piece in the microwave without food or liquid. Allow the bowl to cool before removing it.
Freezer Safe: The bowl can withstand freezing temperatures. Allow it to return to room temperature before placing it in the oven.
Oven Safe: Vietri stoneware is heat resistant up to 400°F. Do not expose the bowl to extreme temperature changes, such as moving it directly from the refrigerator to a hot oven or from the oven to the freezer.

In-store pickup orders are normally ready within 2 - 3 hours. Once your order has been picked and wrapped by our team, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for all orders within 10 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout and a member of our team will reach out to confirm delivery instructions.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method (less any shipping/handling charges, if applicable), in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
