Meet the Artisan: Stefano Roselli
Stefano Roselli began his artistic career in Italy in 1972, initially working with candle and wax molds before transitioning to ceramics. After years of experience studying different clays and ceramic techniques, Stefano became a maestro molder in 1989. Today, he leads the creative design process for many VIETRI collections, bringing his passion for sculpture, molding, and Italian artistic tradition to each piece.
About Tuscany
Located in central Italy, Tuscany is celebrated for its landscapes, history, craftsmanship, and cultural influence. Known as the birthplace of the Renaissance, the region has long been associated with Italian art and design, making it a fitting home for the artisans who create Vietri's handcrafted ceramics.
Care
Dishwasher Safe: Use a non-fragrant, non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air-dry cycle (or econo heat when available). Avoid allowing pieces to touch during the high-pressure dishwasher cycle and do not overload the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before storing.
Microwave Safe: Because VIETRI pieces are handcrafted from natural clays, temperatures may vary after microwave use. Always use a potholder or oven mitt when handling heated pieces. Do not allow children to handle products heated in a microwave. Never place the piece in the microwave without food or liquid inside, and allow it to cool before removing it.
Freezer Safe: The tray can withstand freezing temperatures. Allow it to return to room temperature before placing it in the oven.
Oven Safe: VIETRI stoneware is heat resistant up to 400°F. Do not subject the piece to extreme temperature changes, such as moving it directly from the refrigerator to a hot oven or directly from the oven to the freezer. Hot pieces should not be placed on cool, damp, or unprotected surfaces.

In-store pickup orders are normally ready within 2 - 3 hours. Once your order has been picked and wrapped by our team, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for all orders within 10 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout and a member of our team will reach out to confirm delivery instructions.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method (less any shipping/handling charges, if applicable), in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
