Candle Care: Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface or candle tray and allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the vessel during each burn to prevent tunneling. Keep away from drafts for the cleanest burn. Use a wick snuffer to extinguish. Discontinue use when 1/4" of wax remains.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method (less any shipping/handling charges, if applicable), in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
