Care & Use
COSTA NOVA fine stoneware is highly resistant to thermal shock and can withstand temperature variations between -20°C and 250°C (0°F to 500°F), with a maximum recommended thermal variation of 180°C (350°F). Avoid placing hot pieces directly from the oven onto cold surfaces and do not use over a direct flame.
All COSTA NOVA pieces comply with international food-safety standards, including FDA requirements for lead and cadmium, and are safe for food contact.

We offer free local delivery for all orders within 10 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout and a member of our team will reach out to confirm delivery instructions.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method (less any shipping/handling charges, if applicable), in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
