Care & Use
- Dishwasher safe
- Hand washing recommended to extend lifespan
- Rinse with lukewarm water before washing to remove food residue
- Place securely in dishwasher racks to avoid scratches
- Recommended dishwasher cycle: 149°F wash / 140°F rinse / 90–120 minutes
- Use the proper amount of rinse aid to prevent water spots or iridescence
- After washing, leave the dishwasher door open for 5–10 minutes to release steam and prevent condensation marks
For hand washing:
- Wash one piece at a time with mild detergent and lukewarm water
- Use a soft sponge or cloth
- Dry immediately with a microfiber cloth for best results

Local Delivery
We offer $5 local delivery for all orders within 20 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days from your delivery date so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method, in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
