If your plate features a hand-painted precious metal rim, know that it is kiln-fused into the glass and will never chip or fade.

In-store pickup orders are normally ready within 2 - 3 hours. Once your order has been picked and wrapped by our team, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
We offer $5 local delivery for all orders within 20 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days from your delivery date so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method, in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
