Coated canvas is a durable material designed to withstand the elements and provide years of use. With normal wear, the canvas may become dirty or absorb dye from clothing.
To clean coated canvas, gently use:
- A microfiber cloth
- Warm water and mild soap
- Hand sanitizer containing no more than 70% alcohol
- Convertible car top cleaner
The natural leather trim is highly durable and typically does not require treatment or conditioning with normal use. For unwanted stains or marks, use a leather cleaner specifically formulated for vegetable-tanned leather.

In-store pickup orders are normally ready within 2 - 3 hours. Once your order has been picked and wrapped by our team, you'll receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for all orders within 10 miles from our store in Cambridge Square. Local deliveries are made within 2 - 3 business days. Please select local delivery at checkout and a member of our team will reach out to confirm delivery instructions.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from purchase. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chêne Blanc, we want to provide the best customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date or delivery date for online orders so a member of our team can help. We're happy to return your order for a refund back to the original payment method (less any shipping/handling charges, if applicable), in-store credit in the form of a gift card, or exchange your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
